Return and Refund Policy:
Please read the Return and Refund Policy in full before calling customer
support. If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any unopened or opened bottles of any shipment within
sixty (60) days of our shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price.
To receive a refund, you must follow the following procedures:
- Contact our Customer Service Center at 888-565-7110 and notify a customer care representative.
You should feel the effects within 3-4 days.
- Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded. You must call customer care at
888-565-7110 for refund and return instructions.
- Customer service will give you a return number (RMA number) to be placed
inside of the package along with your order number, name and address.
Without this number we cannot issue a refund.
- You must send all returned product using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. You are responsible for the costs of returning any product.
- All qualified return products must have the proper RMA number on
the box (see above) and be shipped to:
